FrontBridge Launches Specialized E-Mail Services Package For Law Firms
Packaage takes advantage of company's unique knowledge base gained from providing services to law firms.
FrontBridge Technologies today announced a set of email management services aimed at law firms looking to increase partner productivity by eliminating time-consuming, non-billable email administration.
More than 250 law firms have outsourced critical email administration tasks to FrontBridge in order to eliminate spam and viruses, and those relationships in turn have given the company unique knowledge of law firm messaging challenges. That knowledge has led to a law firm-specific version of its Total Message Management approach that increases a firm's productivity while at the same time mitigating risk.
FrontBridge Total Message Management services for law firms include email archival services for storing, indexing and retrieving critical client information, security services for encrypting confidential client files, and email continuity services for guaranteeing ongoing business communications during internal email system outages.
